Viskotu AI Studio provides digital engineering, AI automation, web development, and related technical services. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any engagement will be outlined in a separate Proposal or Statement of Work agreed upon by both parties.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary assets required for us to fulfill our service obligations. Delays on the client's end may result in corresponding delays in project delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for the services rendered, the intellectual property rights for the final deliverables will be transferred to you, unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work. Viskotu AI Studio retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials. We also retain ownership of any pre-existing code, libraries, or tools used during the development process.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including our flexible monthly retainers or fixed-price project milestones, will be detailed in your custom proposal. Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Viskotu AI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any errors in the final deliverables once approved by the client.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Viskotu AI Studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
